Prices are in USDT

Card issue prices, top-ups, fees and card balances are all in USDT. Everything is listed on Fees and limits.

How to pay

  1. In your account, choose a card to issue or a card to top up, and the amount.
  2. You see the exact amount of USDT to send, the network to send it on and the address, as text and as a QR code.
  3. Send exactly that amount, on that network, from your wallet or exchange account before the timer runs out. A payment sent on another network may not arrive.
  4. Once the network confirms your payment, the card is issued or topped up automatically.
Send the exact amountThe network fee is paid by the sender. If your wallet or exchange takes its fee from the amount you send, add it on top, so that the full amount arrives.

If you sent less than the amount shown

The money that arrived is not lost: it is kept for you. The order waits until the rest is paid. Contact us and we will help you pay the rest, use the amount for another order or return it.

If the timer ran out

If you have not paid yet, create a new payment from the same order.

If you sent the payment after the timer ran out, the money is not lost. Contact us with the order number and the transaction ID from your wallet, and we will find it.

Check the status of a payment

Each card order and top-up in your account shows its status. Network confirmation usually takes a few minutes, depending on how busy the network is.
