The short version

  • Virtual cards: an issue price from €12.90, paid once, and no monthly fee. Top-ups cost 3.9% on Subscriptions and Travel, 2.9% on Premium, with currency conversion included.
  • A gift card costs its face value, in the card’s own currency.
  • eSIM plans, gift cards and game top-ups have no service fee.
  • Prices include VAT where it applies. You see the total, and the currency you will be charged in, before you pay.
  • Checkout is not open yet, so nothing can be ordered or charged today.

1.How prices work

1.1Every price on this site includes VAT where it applies. Before you pay, you see the total and the currency you will be charged in.

1.2You can see prices in euros, pounds or US dollars. Each currency has its own set prices, so a price may differ slightly from a currency converter.

1.3You can pay with a bank card (Visa or Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Virtual card top-ups can also be paid by bank transfer: SEPA Instant in euros or Faster Payments in pounds. There is no extra charge for the way you pay. If your bank converts the payment into another currency, your bank’s rate and fees apply.

1.4The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, before you confirm.

2.Virtual cards

2.1Niceway cards are prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards issued in Singapore by a licensed partner card issuer. These are all the fees and limits that apply to them.

2.2You top up in euros, pounds or US dollars. The top-up fee includes the conversion to US dollars, the card’s currency, and you see the fee and the dollars that land on the card before you confirm.

3.Gift cards and game top-ups

3.1A gift card works only in the region it is sold for, and it is charged in that region’s currency, so there is no exchange rate on the card itself.

3.2Order limits: Up to €500 per order and €1,000 per day, or the same amounts in pounds or US dollars.

4.eSIM data plans

4.1Each destination page shows every plan with its data, its validity and its price.

4.2Fair use: none. A plan runs at full speed until its data or days run out.

4.3You must install the eSIM within 180 days of buying it.

5.Changes to fees

5.1If a fee changes, the new fee appears on this page at least 30 days before it applies. Orders already placed and top-ups already made keep the fee you paid.
