How a top-up works
A top-up is not a code. The currency goes to the account with the ID you enter.

You see the total and the currency before you pay. No login and no code to redeem.

The currency arrives in the game
It goes straight to the account with that ID, and the receipt stays under Orders in your account.
Top-up questions
Do I need to give you my game login?
No. The player ID is enough, plus the zone or server where the game asks for one. Never share your password with anyone.
What if I enter the wrong ID?
Currency sent to another player cannot be taken back, so check the ID against your in-game profile before you pay.
Are bonuses included?
A bonus shown with a pack is part of that pack. First top-up and event bonuses are set by the game and applied by the game, not by Niceway.
What if a top-up fails?
When the game rejects a top-up, the order is cancelled and refunded to your payment method.
