Delivery time is shown before you pay
Most top-ups are sent right after payment. If the game’s servers are slow, your order shows the status until the Oneiric Shards arrive.
The game confirms the account on delivery
Before you pay, the form checks that the ID has the right format, not whose account it is. The game confirms the account when the top-up is delivered.
If a top-up fails, you get your money back
When the game rejects a top-up, the order is cancelled and refunded to your payment method.
The receipt stays in your account
Every top-up keeps its player ID, amount and status under Orders.
