The short version

  • You see the full price, including VAT, before you pay, in the currency you will be charged in.
  • Digital products are delivered straight away. You agree to that at checkout, which ends the 14-day right to cancel for that product.
  • A faulty code or an eSIM that never connects is replaced or refunded.
  • Virtual cards are prepaid cards issued by our licensed partner card issuer under its own cardholder terms. Niceway is not a bank.

1.About these terms

1.1These terms apply when you use niceway.io or your Niceway account and when you buy anything from us.

1.2Words in bold in the table below have the meanings given there.

Account
Your Niceway account, where your orders, codes, eSIMs and cards are kept.
Digital product
An eSIM plan, a gift card code or a game top-up.
Virtual card
A prepaid Visa or Mastercard card issued by our licensed partner card issuer and managed in your account.

1.3Each product also has its own terms: the eSIM terms, the gift card and top-up terms and the virtual card terms. Where they differ from these terms, the product terms apply to that product.

2.Who we are

2.1Niceway is operated by Al Mashrab Welthandel General Trading LLC, company number 2542307, registered at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

3.Your account

3.1You must be 18 or over to open an account. Game top-ups and gift cards may be bought for others.

3.2Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

4.Prices, VAT and payment

4.1Prices shown to customers in the EU and the UK include VAT where it applies. The total and the currency you will be charged in are shown before you pay.

4.2You can pay in euros, pounds or US dollars. If your bank converts the payment into another currency, your bank’s rate and fees apply.

4.3Payments are not open yet, so you cannot place an order or issue a card today. The prices on the site are the prices you will pay when they open, unless we change them before then.

5.eSIM data plans

5.1A plan’s validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a partner network in its destination, and ends when its days or data run out, whichever comes first.

5.2You must install the eSIM within 180 days of buying it. Coverage depends on our partner networks, which are listed on each destination page.

6.Gift cards and game top-ups

6.1Gift cards work only in the region they are sold for. Check your store account’s region before you buy.

6.2Top-ups are sent to the player ID you enter. We check only that the ID has the right format, and the game publisher confirms the account when the top-up is delivered. Check the ID before you pay; we cannot reverse a top-up sent to the wrong ID.

7.Virtual prepaid cards

7.1Virtual cards are issued by a licensed partner card issuer in Singapore, under licence from Visa or Mastercard, under its cardholder terms, which you accept when you issue a card. Al Mashrab Welthandel General Trading LLC runs the Niceway account, sells the cards and provides support.

7.2You pay a card’s issue price once. There is no monthly fee. Top-up fees and limits are on our fees and limits page.

8.Your right to cancel

8.1You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online.

8.2For digital products, delivery starts straight away. At checkout you ask us to start immediately and confirm that you lose the right to cancel once delivery has started.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

8.3How cancelling works for each product, and the model form you can use, are explained in the right of withdrawal.

9.Refunds

9.1If a code is faulty, or an eSIM cannot connect in its destination through no fault of your phone, we replace it or refund you.

9.2Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

10.Our liability

10.1Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11.Complaints

11.1Send complaints to [email protected]. We reply within 10 business days.

11.2We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board or another alternative dispute resolution body.

11.3The steps and time limits are in our complaints procedure.

12.Changes to these terms

12.1We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that affects you. Orders already placed keep the terms that applied when you ordered.

13.Law and courts

13.1These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

13.2Disputes go to the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
