Take the Subscriptions card for streaming, software, app stores and games. The Travel card adds bookings, marketplaces, PayPal, and Apple Pay or Google Pay. The Premium card works everywhere, including AI tools such as ChatGPT and paying in shops.

How much does a card cost?
You pay the issue price once: €12.90 for Subscriptions, €29.90 for Travel, €49.90 for Premium, which comes with $10 already on the card. There is no monthly fee and no fee on payments. Each top-up has a fee of 3.9%, or 2.9% on Premium. A declined payment on the Subscriptions card costs $0.50.
Which currencies can I top up in?
Euros, pounds or US dollars, by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. The card holds US dollars: we convert your money at the rate shown before you confirm, and the conversion is included in the top-up fee.
What are the limits?
The smallest top-up is €10. One payment can be up to $1,000 with the Subscriptions card, $5,000 with Travel and $10,000 with Premium. You can hold up to 10 cards in one account.
Can I add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, the Travel and Premium cards. Add the card to your phone’s wallet from your Niceway account and pay online and in apps, and with Premium also in shops. The Subscriptions card is for online payments only.
Where does the card work?
Online, with 300+ services in 190+ countries: subscriptions, software, games, travel and shopping. Some services accept only certain cards, so check the list before you choose.
Is it safe? How does 3-D Secure work?
Online payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure: when a shop asks for it, the code appears in your Niceway account. The full card number is shown only after you sign in, and you can freeze the card at any time.
What if a payment is declined or refunded?
A declined payment costs $0.50 on the Subscriptions card and nothing on Travel or Premium. Check that the service accepts your card and that the balance covers the amount. If a service still refuses the card, our support team will replace it or suggest a card that works. Refunds from a shop go back to the card balance as soon as the shop sends them.
Do I need documents to get a card?
No. You sign up with your email and issue a card online. We may ask for an ID document if the law requires it or a payment looks unusual.
Who issues Niceway cards?
Niceway cards are prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards issued in Singapore by a licensed partner card issuer. The Niceway account and support are run by Al Mashrab Welthandel General Trading LLC. Niceway is not a bank.
Can I withdraw the money left on a card?
The balance is for spending with the card and cannot be paid out to a bank account, so top up only what you plan to spend.
