How to redeem on Steam

Funds appear in your Steam Wallet as soon as the code is accepted.

    Open your Steam account

    Sign in on the Steam app or at store.steampowered.com. Check that your wallet currency matches the card.

    Go to Redeem a Steam Wallet Code

    Open your account menu, choose Account details, then Add funds and Redeem a Steam Wallet Code.

    Paste the code

    Copy the code from your Niceway order and paste it. Steam confirms the new balance.

No. Steam only accepts codes for the account’s own region and currency.

How long does delivery take?

The code appears on screen once payment is confirmed, and a copy arrives by email.

Can I get a refund for an unused code?

Codes count as delivered once shown, so the right to cancel ends then. If a code is faulty, we replace it or refund you.
