3.Regulation
3.1Niceway virtual cards are prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards issued by a licensed partner card issuer in Singapore, under licence from Visa or Mastercard. The card issuer holds the licence for the cards. Niceway is not a bank.
3.2Al Mashrab Welthandel General Trading LLC does not hold a banking, payment or e-money licence. It runs the Niceway account, sells the cards and other products, and provides support, under a trade licence issued by the Sharjah Media City (Shams) free zone.
4.Consumer disputes
4.1How to complain, and which dispute resolution body you can turn to, is explained in our complaints procedure.
4.2We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board or another alternative dispute resolution body.
