How an eSIM works

Choose data and days. The QR code arrives by email and stays in your account.

Install at home
Scan the QR code on Wi-Fi. It takes about two minutes and does not start the plan.

Switch on when you land
Turn on the eSIM for mobile data. The plan starts when it first connects.
Can I keep my own SIM while using an eSIM?
Yes. Your usual SIM keeps your number for calls and texts. Set the eSIM as the line for mobile data.
Do I get a phone number?
No. Niceway plans are data only. Apps such as WhatsApp keep working with your usual number.
What happens when my data runs out?
Buy another plan for the same destination. It comes as a new eSIM with its own QR code, which you install the same way.
Can I use one eSIM in several countries?
Choose a regional plan. Each regional plan lists the countries it covers before you pay.
