Your eSIM connects to a partner network in Türkiye. The networks for each plan are confirmed at checkout.
Türkiye is outside the EU, so roam-like-at-home rules do not apply and roaming on a European SIM can be expensive. Visitors also lean on their phones here more than they expect: taxi apps in Istanbul, maps through the lanes of the old city and transfers to the coastal resorts.
Coverage is strong in cities and along the coasts. In the valleys of Cappadocia, in the eastern mountains and on boat trips along the Turquoise Coast the signal can fade, so download maps before you head out.
Example for a 10 GB, 30-day plan. Nothing is used until the eSIM connects in Türkiye.
The QR code arrives straight away. The 30 days have not started.
Install on Wi-Fi at home. Keep it switched off until you land.
The 30 days start from the first connection to a partner network.

You need Wi-Fi and the QR code from your email or your account. Menu names differ slightly between phone models.

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. If it was bought from a mobile network on contract, ask them to unlock it before you travel.
Phone registration applies to phones used with a Turkish SIM card. A travel eSIM connects as a visiting line on a partner network, so it is normally not needed for a holiday. If you are staying for months, check the plan details before you pay.
Yes. Istanbul’s European and Asian sides are served by the same Turkish networks, and so are the ferries across the strait, although the signal can weaken mid-crossing.
Some Europe regional plans list Türkiye and some do not. Check the coverage list on the Europe regional plan before you pay, or buy a Türkiye plan on its own.
Yes. The plan starts when the eSIM first connects in Türkiye. Install it within 180 days of buying.
