Your eSIM connects to a partner network in Morocco. The networks for each plan are confirmed at checkout.
Getting lost in the medinas of Marrakech and Fes is part of the fun until you need to find your riad after dark. Maps, messages to your host and taxi apps in the big cities all need data, and thick riad walls can make Wi-Fi weak in the rooms.
Coverage is good in cities, along the Atlantic coast and on the main roads over the Atlas. On the drive to the Sahara the signal thins out after the last towns, and desert camps near Merzouga or Zagora may have only a weak signal or none.
Example for a 10 GB, 30-day plan. Nothing is used until the eSIM connects in Morocco.
The QR code arrives straight away. The 30 days have not started.
Install on Wi-Fi at home. Keep it switched off until you land.
The 30 days start from the first connection to a partner network.
Whichever comes first. For more data, buy another plan.

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. If it was bought from a mobile network on contract, ask them to unlock it before you travel.
Some camps near Merzouga and Zagora pick up a weak signal; others have none. Treat the night in the desert as offline and save your pick-up details beforehand.
Along the main passes and in the larger villages, usually yes; on higher trekking routes it comes and goes.
A Morocco plan works only in Morocco. For a trip that crosses to Spain or Portugal, add a plan for that country, or compare the Middle East and North Africa and Europe regional plans, which list the countries they cover.
Yes. The plan starts when the eSIM first connects in Morocco. Install it within 180 days of buying.
