Your eSIM connects to a partner network in Serbia. The networks for each plan are confirmed at checkout.
Serbia is outside the EU, so roam-like-at-home does not apply and many EU and UK plans charge extra here. Belgrade’s nightlife, the river clubs on the Sava and festivals such as EXIT in Novi Sad are easier with your own data than with crowded venue Wi-Fi.
Coverage is strong in cities and along the motorway from Belgrade to Niš. In the mountains of Tara and Kopaonik and in the quieter villages of the south, the signal can fade between settlements.
Example for a 10 GB, 30-day plan. Nothing is used until the eSIM connects in Serbia.
The QR code arrives straight away. The 30 days have not started.
Install on Wi-Fi at home. Keep it switched off until you land.
The 30 days start from the first connection to a partner network.
Whichever comes first. For more data, buy another plan.
You need Wi-Fi and the QR code from your email or your account. Menu names differ slightly between phone models.

Leave the line switched off until you land. Turn on Data Roaming for it in Serbia.
Open Settings, then Network and internet (Samsung: Connections).
Tap SIMs, then Add eSIM or Download a SIM, and scan the QR code.
Set the eSIM as the SIM for Mobile data. Keep your usual SIM for calls.
When you land, switch the eSIM on and turn on Roaming for it.
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. If it was bought from a mobile network on contract, ask them to unlock it before you travel.
Novi Sad is covered by Serbian networks, but at any big festival tens of thousands of phones share the same masts, so expect slow data at peak times. Agree a meeting point with friends before you go in.
It depends on your provider. Serbia is not part of the EU’s roam-like-at-home area, so some EU and UK plans charge by the day or by the megabyte here. Check your provider’s rates; if it charges, a local plan is usually the cheaper option.
A Serbia plan works only in Serbia. For a trip through several Balkan countries, a Balkans regional plan covers more than one country on one eSIM; check its country list before you pay.
Yes. The plan starts when the eSIM first connects in Serbia. Install it within 180 days of buying.
