How to redeem on Xbox

The amount is added to your Microsoft account balance as soon as the code is accepted.

    Sign in with your Microsoft account

    Use the account you play with on Xbox. Its country or region must match the card.

    Open Redeem

    On your console, open the Microsoft Store and choose Redeem, or go to redeem.microsoft.com.

    Enter the code

    Type or paste the 25-character code from your Niceway order. Your new balance is shown straight away.

Will a European card work on a US Xbox account?

No. Xbox gift cards work only for accounts in the country or region the card is for.

Does the balance work on Windows too?

Yes. The balance belongs to your Microsoft account, so it also works in the Microsoft Store on Windows.

Can I get a refund for an unused code?

Codes count as delivered once shown, so the right to cancel ends then. If a code is faulty, we replace it or refund you.
