How to redeem on PlayStation

Funds go to your PlayStation wallet as soon as the code is accepted.

    Sign in to your account

    Use the PlayStation account the funds are for, on your console or at store.playstation.com. Its country must match the card.

    Open Redeem code

    In PlayStation Store, open the menu and choose Redeem code. On the web it is in your profile menu.

    Enter the code

    Type or paste the code from your Niceway order. The funds appear in your wallet.

PlayStation card questions

Does a European card work in every euro country?

Not always. PlayStation Store codes work only for accounts in the country the card is for, even where two countries share the euro. Check your account’s country in PlayStation settings before you buy, and write to us if you are not sure which card fits.

Can I pay for PlayStation Plus with the funds?

Yes. Wallet funds pay for games, add-ons and PlayStation Plus in PlayStation Store.

Can I get a refund for an unused code?

Codes count as delivered once shown, so the right to cancel ends then. If a code is faulty, we replace it or refund you.
