Top up a game with your player ID

A game top-up sends in-game currency straight to an account, using its player ID. The ID has to be right: a delivered top-up cannot be moved.

How it works

  1. Choose the game and enter the player ID. Some games also need a server or zone ID.
  2. Choose a pack. The price is shown before you pay.
  3. The in-game currency is added to that account. You never need to share your password.

Find your player ID

The ID is usually on your profile screen in the game. Each game page on Niceway shows where to look. Two examples:

Genshin ImpactYour UID is shown in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You also need your server: America, Europe, Asia or TW, HK, MO.

See all games on the game top-ups page. Copy the ID from the game if it lets you, rather than typing it.

Check the ID twice

The form checks that an ID has the right format. It cannot tell whose account it is, so compare it with the one in the game before you pay.

A wrong ID cannot be correctedIf the ID belongs to someone else, the top-up goes to them. Once delivered, it cannot be moved to another account.

If the top-up has not arrived

  • Restart the game and check the balance again.
  • Check that the ID and server in your order are right.
  • Top-ups usually arrive within 5 minutes. If it is still missing after 30 minutes, contact us with the order number.

If a top-up cannot be delivered at all, you are entitled to your money back.
