Check these first
- The region. The card’s region and currency must match your account. Your order shows which region you bought.
- The typing. Paste the code from your order instead of typing it, without extra spaces.
- The account. Make sure you are signed in to the account you meant to use.
- Your history. If the store says the code was already used, check the account’s wallet or transaction history: the money may already be there.
Report it to us
If the code still fails, contact us with:
- your order number
- the store, and the country or region of your account there
- the error message exactly as shown – a screenshot helps
We answer in English, 7 days a week, usually within 24 hours.
Do not post the code in publicIf you ask for help on a forum or social media, hide the code. Anyone who sees it can use it.
Can I get a refund?
A code cannot be swapped or returned once it has been shown, because it can be used straight away.
A faulty code is different. If it was never redeemed and the store rejects it on an account in the right region, consumer law gives you the right to a replacement or a refund. See Your right to cancel and refunds.
